Eurobrass CdEUROBRASS is a 12-person brass ensemble that tours Germany doing ministry concerts every summer for three weeks. Under the co-leadership of Angie Hunter and Chris Woods, EUROBRASS serves as an encouragement to the believers in Germany, it reaches non-believers with the gospel of Jesus Christ and provides excellent brass music in both the classical and christian genres.

I've been on tour with EUROBRASS for three summers; 2004, 2006, 2007 and have seen the Lord do amazing work in my own life, in the lives of those on the team, and in the lives of the people we meet night after night in our concerts. Last summer, EUROBRASS released its 3rd album entitled, "Give Thanks to the Lord." Featuring arrangements by Dr. Chris Woods, such as "Wayfaring Stranger," "Jupiter," "Moses Goes to Mexico," "William Tell Overture," "God Will Make A Way," and "Your Grace Is Sufficient." For CDs, arrangements or other information regarding EUROBRASS, please email Dr. ChrisWoods at Chris.Woods@greenville.edu.

Through our music, our interaction with each other and with host families, and through the spoken word, EUROBRASS seeks to achieve the following five goals:
  • Worship: We endeavor to lead audiences into the presence of God and to magnify the name of God.
  • Evangelism: We identify ourselves as believers in Jesus Christ and seek opportunities to share that faith.
  • Encouragement of believers: We help carry the burden of believers where we play and desire to see them renewed and refreshed. Our concerts also provide new motivation for local church brass choirs.
  • Personal, spiritual and musical growth of EUROBRASS members:The tour provides unique  opportunities to experience both secular and Christian German culture.  We also commit  ourselves to the mutual nurturing and encouragement of our fellow team members.
  • German Bible Institute public relations: We establish new church contacts for the Bible Institute and thankfully receive offerings toward the financial needs of that institution.
"I can assure you that your ministry will bear fruit, even if you do not see it."

"You all are obviously having fun! It's infectious!"

"Your love for Jesus came across."

"What is full in your hearts, comes out in the concert."

"Your music was loud, but also mild. It really touched our hearts, it must be Jesus working through you."
